Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
Host hero offers the following services:

commercial cleaning

concierge services
-
Hot tub maintenance and servicing

General maintenance and handyman services
-
Airbnb host support, including:

Guest communication and troubleshooting,

Inventory management for supplies and toiletries
-
Emergency response for guest concerns
-
Coordinating with owners for optimal booking strategies

Software setup
-
Backend management for software stack
-
We reserve the right to update or discontinue services at any time.
2. Scheduling & Availability
All services are scheduled based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate requested dates and times. However, service dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
Client Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and clear access to the property

Provide accurate information and instructions for each service

Notify us of any hazards, pets, or special considerations in advance
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on delivery

Invoices not paid within 5 days may incur a late fee
-
Ongoing or recurring services may require advance or auto billing
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% service charge
-
Missed appointments due to lack of access or client no-show are also subject to fees
5. Satisfaction & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on how service concerns or refund requests are handled.
6. Damage & Liability
We take great care in our work. However, if damage occurs during a scheduled service:

It must be reported within 24 hours

We will evaluate the claim and, if we are found liable, may repair or compensate within reasonable means

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty equipment
7. Airbnb & Third-Party Access
If you contract us for Airbnb or rental property support:

You authorize us to enter the property for scheduled services

We are not responsible for damages caused by guests or unauthorized individuals

We may communicate directly with guests only as directed by you or with your prior approval
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, harassment, or failure to comply with these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on our website, branding, and materials are owned by host hero and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/province in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
