All refund decisions are final and made in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

Refund Policy

At host hero, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We strive to provide high-quality services and a reliable experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. Service-Based Refunds

As a service-based business, we do not typically offer refunds once a service has been rendered. refunds will only be issued unless we as host hero and the client come to an agreement. However, we understand that issues may arise and we will work with you to resolve them fairly.

Refunds or credits may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A scheduled service was canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled

  • The service provided was not completed as agreed, and you reported the issue within 24 hours

  • You were double charged or charged in error

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed and signed off as satisfactory

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences when the service was delivered as requested

  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., weather, access issues, third-party delays)

  • 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or would like to report a service issue, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • Date and time of the service

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or documentation (if applicable)
